About the Project

We are excited to be capturing a little glimpse into life at ALIVEPA!

Through candid photography, behind-the-scenes footage and short student interviews, we hope to celebrate the joy of dance, the personalities of our students and the wonderful community that makes ALIVEPA so special.

The photographs and video footage captured during this session may be used to create short documentary-style films, social media Reels and other promotional content showcasing the ALIVEPA experience.

What Will Be Captured?

Students may be invited to participate in:

  • Photography: Candid and group photographs during dance classes, rehearsals and activities.

  • Video footage: Natural classroom moments, dance routines, interactions and behind-the-scenes footage.

  • Student interviews: Short, relaxed interviews where students may be asked questions such as "What do you love about dancing?" or "How does ALIVEPA make you feel?"

  • Promotional content: Edited photographs and videos featuring students, their voices, performances and personal experiences.

Participation in the interviews is entirely voluntary, and students may choose not to answer any question or stop participating at any time.

How Will the Content Be Used?

With your permission, photographs, video footage, audio recordings and interview responses may be used by ALIVEPA for:

  • Official social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.

  • ALIVEPA's website and digital communications.

  • Promotional videos, advertising campaigns and marketing materials.

  • Printed publications, brochures and other promotional resources.

Content may be edited, shortened, combined with other footage or accompanied by music, graphics and text for promotional purposes.

ALIVEPA will endeavour to represent all students respectfully and positively.

Privacy & Student Safety

We understand the importance of protecting the privacy and wellbeing of our students.

  • Students will not be required to disclose personal or sensitive information.

  • Full names, contact details and other identifying information will not be published without separate permission.

  • Participation is voluntary and will not affect a student's involvement in ALIVEPA classes or activities.

  • ALIVEPA will take reasonable steps to ensure content is appropriate and respectful.

Please note that once content is published online, it may be shared, downloaded or retained by third parties beyond ALIVEPA's control.
